JS环球生活拟召开股东大会 审议九阳年度上限
财中社12月31日电JS环球生活（01691）发布公告，计划于2025年1月20日下午三时在香港召开临时股东大会，主要内容为审议并批准截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的采购服务协议－九阳项下交易的建议年度上限，金额为1.1亿美元。根据过去交易数据，九阳在2023年和2024年的交易金额分别为1.37亿美元和1.79亿美元，预计2025年的交易金额将较2024年减少约42%。
公告中指出，过去与九阳的交易金额逐年下降，尤其是在2024年8月至11月期间，与2023年同期相比下降约54%。董事会认为，基于市场需求的预期减少以及九阳及其OEM供应商的制造成本下降，建议2025年年度上限是合理的，符合股东的整体利益。独立董事委员会和独立财务顾问均支持这一提案，认为交易条款符合一般商业标准。
