泸州银行成功发行6亿元无固定期限资本债券
财中社12月31日电泸州银行（01983）发布公告，宣布已于2024年12月31日在全国银行间债券市场成功发行2024年无固定期限资本债券。本期债券的发行规模为6亿元，前5年票面利率为2.8%，每五年调整一次，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附发行人有条件赎回权。
公司已获得中国人民银行和国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局的批准，公司2024年可在全国银行间债券市场发行合计不超过10亿元的无固定期限资本债券。
