中国有色矿业附属公司签署约2989万美元阴极铜购买协议
财中社12月31日电中国有色矿业（01258）发布公告，称其附属公司中色香港控股于2024年12月31日与吉卡明签署了阴极铜购买协议，交易总价约为2989万美元，购买量为3151.696公吨。该交易构成公司的关联交易，因其适用的百分比率均高于0.1%但低于5%，因此不需独立股东批准。
根据协议，购买的阴极铜将满足中色香港控股及其客户日益增长的需求。协议的定价将参考阴极铜在交付月份后一个月的平均市场价格，预计总市价约为3152万美元。付款将于交付后五个工作日内通过电汇方式完成，交付期为十天内。董事会认为此次交易符合集团的商业目标，并且条款公平合理，符合股东整体利益。
