贝壳将向108名员工授出126万个受限制股份单位
财中社12月31日电贝壳（02423/BEKE）发布公告，决定根据2020年股份激励计划于2025年1月1日向108名员工授出合共126万个受限制股份单位，涉及相同数量的相关A类普通股。此次授出无需股东批准，且没有承授人为公司董事、最高行政人员或主要股东的联系人。授出股份的购买价为每股47.4港元。
根据激励计划，受限制股份单位的归属将分阶段进行，其中62万个单位将在48个月内全部归属，1.5万个单位将在48个月内按比例归属，62万个单位将在45个月内归属，0.5万个单位将在39个月内归属。值得注意的是，此次授出不受任何绩效目标的限制，且若承授人因计划所载原因终止服务，其对已归属及未归属股份的权利将随之终止。
