格隆汇12月31日丨希玛医疗(03309.HK)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，公司直接全资附属公司希玛医疗集团与希华医药订立A系列投资协议，据此，希玛医疗集团同意向希华医药投资1.0百万美元作为希华医药A系列轮次集资的一部分。
根据A系列投资协议的条款及希华医药A系列轮次完成后，预计集团将持有（连同其于投资前已持有的希华医药股份）希华医药已发行股份总数的约23%（经向A系列投资者发行新股后扩大）。
希华医药是一间总部设于香港的临床阶段生物科技公司，拥有一系列口服抗癌项目，旨在取代现时普及的静脉注射化疗药物，使留家化疗成为可能。
