智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，公司间接全资附属公司北京亦城与建发盛高、福州裕诚及北京兆兴签订协议，为后续就标的地块的开发开展合作，北京亦城(i)同意向福州裕诚提供合计不超过人民币9.21亿元的诚意金借款，按年利率6%计息;及(ii)有条件同意收购北京兆兴36%股权。标的地块的土地使用权由福州裕诚于2024年11月29日透过公开竞买程序投得。北京兆兴为福州裕诚为开发标的地块而设立的项目公司。
