智通财经APP获悉，北京汽车(01958)尾盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.44%，报2.48港元，成交额4681.84万港元。
消息面上，12月13日，北汽蓝谷的控股股东北京汽车以非公开协议方式，向北汽新能源增资20亿元。12月24日晚间，北汽蓝谷公告称，子公司北汽新能源完成增资扩股，合计获得81.5亿元增资，并且引入了宁德时代、小马智行旗下公司作为战略投资者。至此，北汽新能源合计完成101.5亿元的增资。
此前，北京汽车公告，北汽投与现代汽车订立协议，双方同意根据各自于北京现代注册资本的权益比例分别向北京现代注资5.48亿美元，共10.95亿美元，注资将分期进行。据悉，2025年，北京现代计划推出首款纯电车型，加强电动化、智能化和前瞻技术的研发力量，且出口量计划提升至8-10万辆，未来北京现代生产的所有产品都将面向全球市场。
