花样年(01777.HK) 表示，2024年全年在全国开发的9个项目，包括成都江山城、北京西山相府、重庆霍克尼的好时光、武汉香门第等，合共完成交付4,730套房，全年交付率完成率94%，预料明年有约1,036伙尚待交付。
集团表示，未交付的批次均已制定相关交付方案，资金亦已到位，后续可保障交付程序整体可控，又指过去一年集团积极优化债务结构，获取信贷、债券、股权融资支持以推动项目进展，有多个项目进入白名单。
对于供方债务，花样年与各城市公司主动面对，与供应商达成化债方案，以优先保障农民工薪酬及项目交付为原则，以增量换存量，通过合作的业务服务机会，谋求债务化解。至于城市更新项目所涉及拖欠的过渡期安置费，集团旗下业务团队亦有积极对接来访业主进行安抚，主动披露项目在各自阶段的困难点，同时全力配合市专班和各区主管部门，针对每个项目共同研究盘活方案，努力寻找央国企和各路资本对接项目，确保项目风险可控。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
