国泰君安发布研报称，思摩尔国际股权激励锚定市值，彰显长期发展信心。根据首次公开发售后的购股权计划向公司董事会主席、执行董事及主要股东陈志平有条件授出6,100万份购股权，占公司总股本占比例约1%，购股权行使价每股11.26元。绩效目标为2025年1月1日至2030年12月31日，连续15日公司平均市值达到或超过3,000亿、4,000亿及5,000亿元，对应解锁30%/60%/100%购股权，以门槛市值进行计算，购股权对应收益6.8亿、19.6亿、42.5亿元。
华泰证券认为，据思摩尔国际发布修订股份计划及授出购股权公告，向公司董事会主席陈志平授予6100万份股权，公司争取至2030年市值达最少3000亿港元。截至上周五(27日)收盘公司市值约696亿港元，今年以来公司传统雾化板块持续修复，HNB新业务进展积极，股权激励挂钩市值考核，彰显公司发展信心，继续看好公司投资价值。
