消息面上，第一拖拉机股份发布公告，该公司控股子公司一拖(洛阳)柴油机有限公司(一拖柴油机公司)在北京产权交易所公开挂牌转让所持中原银行股份有限公司(中原银行)0.8827%股权，构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产出售。截至2024年12月27日，公开挂牌转让披露期限届满，未能征集到符合条件的意向受让方。公司第九届董事会第三十次会议、第九届监事会第十五次会议审议同意终止本次重大资产出售事项。
