Autagco (SGX:5DF), formerly LifeBrandz, completed the acquisition of Crescendo Wellness Living on Dec. 30, for SG$50,000, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deal includes the business and assets of Crescendo. This follows Autagco's strategic move into the assisted living sector.
