智通财经APP讯，北京首都机场股份(00694)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，公司与物业管理公司(北京首都机场物业管理有限公司，母公司的全资子公司)订立房屋租赁合同，公司(作为承租人)同意向物业管理公司(作为出租人)租赁(i)服务大厦物业;(ii)运行控制中心办公用房;及(iii)证件管理大厅办公用房，自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止，为期3年。
公司认为，继续向物业管理公司租赁房屋租赁合同项下拟租赁的相关办公场所及物业将有利于北京首都机场的管理及日常运营，从而保持其整体运营的稳定性。
