金吾财讯 | 脑动极光(06681)今日起招股，拟发行1.81亿股H股，其中10%为香港公开发售，其余为国际配售，另有15%超额配股权。每股招股价为3.22港元，每手1000股，入场费3,252.47港元。中金公司、浦银国际为联席保荐人。股份预期将于2025年1月8日挂牌上市。
公司预期集资净额约5.01亿港元，拟将约40.0%预计将用于支付开展进一步研发活动、推进更多适应症的临床试验及推动核心产品系统的销售及分销活动的开支；约16.5%预计将用于帮助国内更多医院建立新认知中心，医院可通过新认知中心利用公司的产品诊断及治疗认知障碍及╱或其他病症的患者。所得款项净额的约15.0%预计将用于加强公司于未来两年的AI及相关技术能力；所得款项净额的约5.0%预计将用于加快公司现有产品管线内外其他候选产品的研发及商业化进度，优先用于研发具有广阔前景的适应症；) 所得款项净额的约15.0%预计将用于在未来两年与学术机构及医院合作设立脑科学及数字疗法研究中心，优先考虑有望为公司的研发进展带来近期效益的合作项目；约8.5%预计将用作公司的营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
