北京首都机场股份签署新租赁合同 年租金5767万元
财中社12月31日电北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告，宣布与物业管理公司签订新的房屋租赁合同。该合同将于2024年12月31日生效，租赁期为三年，至2027年12月31日止。根据合同，公司将租赁服务大厦物业、运行控制中心办公用房及证件管理大厅办公用房，预计年度租金总额为5767万元（含税），其中服务大厦物业的租金为4359万元，运行控制中心办公用房的租金为1148万元，证件管理大厅办公用房的租金为123万元。
此次租赁交易构成上市规则第14A章下的关联交易，因确认的使用权资产总值预计不超过1.75亿元，适用的百分比率高于0.1%但低于5%。因此，该交易需遵守相关的申报和公告规定，但获得豁免独立股东批准。公司表示，继续租赁相关物业将有利于其日常运营及管理，确保整体运营的稳定性。
