智通财经APP讯，彩虹新能源(00438)发布公告，于2024年12月30日，公司全资附属公司合肥光伏与工业智能订立设备租赁合同。合肥光伏同意向工业智能租用租赁设备，租赁期限为三年，从2024年12月30日起至2027年12月29日止，每月租金为人民币37.39万元(含税)。
设备租赁合同项下，合肥光伏向工业智能租用的供配电设备(租赁设备)主要包括：110kV GIS设备、主变压器、综合自动化系统、高压开关柜、干式变压器、环网柜、电力电缆及成套电容器等。
租赁设备为合肥光伏窑炉、产线等用电设备、设施供配电使用，在设备租赁合同履行期内未经工业智能书面同意，合肥光伏不得改变租赁设备的用途。
董事会认为，订立设备租赁合同为合肥光伏的实际运营所需，能有效保障合肥光伏电力安全稳定供应，对公司降本增效具有积极作用。
