Galan Lithium (ASX:GLN) raised AU$1.8 million following the execution of an at-the-market subscription agreement with Acuity Capital, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
As part of the deal, the mining firm will issue 15 million shares at AU$0.12 apiece to the financial services firm, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used for working capital, the filing added.
