Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN) has settled its patent litigation with Chinese rival Tongwei Solar, with the companies late last month signing a cross-licensing agreement for their respective shingled solar cell and module technologies, Maxeon said on Monday. Financial terms and other details of the settlement agreement were not disclosed.
Maxeon shares recently were down 3.1%. Trading volume also has been below typical levels, with around 361,000 shares exchanged so far on Monday compared with a daily average of almost 1.4 million shares per day.
Tractor Supply (TSCO) has completed its acquisition of online pet pharmacy Allivet, the retail chain said on Monday. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed but Tractor Supply previously said it was expecting the deal could increase its addressable market by $15 billion to a total of $225 billion.
Tractor Supply shares were sinking 2.8% in recent trading. Volume has been lighter than usual, with slightly more than 1.4 million shares traded on Monday compared with an average of nearly 5.2 million shares per day.
AmpliTech Group (AMPG) early Monday priced an upsized $10 million direct offering of nearly 2.2 million common shares at $4.60 apiece compared with initial plans by the satellite and networking components manufacturer to sell 1.9 million shares priced at $3.10 each.
AmpliTech shares recently were drifting 2.8% lower. Trading volume also has been strong, with over 11.7 million shares exchanged this afternoon compared with a daily average of roughly 6.9 million shares.
