国美零售更正2025年关联交易上限为3000万元
财中社1月3日电国美零售（00493）发布澄清公告，主要针对2025年持续关联交易的年度上限金额进行了更正。根据之前的公告，2025年物流服务协议及其他相关服务协议的年度上限错误地列为4000万元。现董事会确认，正确的年度上限应为3000万元。
此外，公告中提到的这些协议的年度上限适用的最高百分比率均高于0.1%但低于5%。因此，相关交易将遵循上市规则第14A章的申报、年度审阅及公告要求，但无需遵守独立财务意见及独立股东批准的规定。
