ChemX Materials (ASX:CMX) appointed Clifford Rocke and Jimmy Trpcevski from WA Insolvency Solutions as joint and several voluntary administrators of the company and unit HiPurA on Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The alumina producer appointed the administrators following the resignation of Chief Executive Peter Lee on Dec. 16, a downturn in the battery materials sector, and its failure to secure bridging finance last December, the filing said.
