【鉴定公司负责人回应被问界起诉：暂不清楚被起诉具体事项，准备派律师应诉】金十数据1月3日讯，1月3日，根据企查查APP显示，重庆问界汽车销售有限公司新增一条诉讼开庭公告信息。该信息显示，问界汽车将深圳市南粤财物评估鉴定有限公司、行吟信息科技（上海）有限公司和北京车之家信息技术有限公司，以“侵权责任纠纷”案由，起诉至重庆市沙坪坝区人民法院，案件将于1月22日开庭审理。据了解，该案件的被告一鉴定公司系此前广州问界M7事故车主委托的鉴定方，被告二和被告三分别为小红书APP和汽车之家APP的运营主体。关于被起诉一事，深圳市南粤财物评估鉴定有限公司法定代表人付江洪回应记者称，目前仅收到法院开庭时间告知，还不了解被起诉的具体事项和案件标的额，也不了解小红书和汽车之家为何被列为共同被告。“公司将派律师前往重庆应诉。”付江洪表示。截止记者发稿前，赛力斯汽车、小红书暂未回应此事。
