车企大幅降价以满足销售任务 英国12月电动车销量飙升
智通财经获悉，上个月在英国注册的新车中，几乎有三分之一是纯电动汽车，因为汽车制造商不断削减插电式车型的价格，以避免罚款。英国汽车制造商和贸易商协会(SMMT)的初步数据显示，去年12月，电池驱动车型的销量同比增长约60%，达到近4.4万辆。电动汽车占新车注册量的31%，是两年来的最高月度份额。
尽管年底销量激增，但汽车制造商未能达到国家电动汽车销售规定的22%的年度目标。如果不遵守规定，制造商每辆车将面临高达1.5万英镑(合1.86万美元)的罚款，不过，通过使用信用交易系统和在以后的几年里超过要求，制造商可以避免罚款。
英国政府目前正在审查这些规定，这可能会增加灵活性，以帮助制造商满足这些规定。清洁能源倡导者批评了降低配额的努力，认为这样做将减缓电动化转变。SMMT首席执行官Mike Hawes表示，今年电动汽车的销售目标将上升至28%，这将非常难以实现。他告诉记者，刺激当前需求的折扣是不可持续的。
