智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.53%，报1.62港元，成交额1195.34万港元。
天风证券发布研报称，此前市场主要担心埃塞俄比尔贬值后对盈利的影响，11月初埃塞俄比亚贸易和区域一体化部长宣布停止此前的水泥贸易安排，允许水泥厂自主选择分销商和零售商，受此次事件驱动，公司埃塞水泥销售价格预期提涨。但与市场销售价仍存在差距，未来水泥价格仍有提涨预期，汇率波动对利润的影响基本消除。
该行认为，莫桑比克、刚果地区价格仍保持高位，吨售价维持在90美元/150+美元/吨，乌兹别克斯坦在50美元/吨，盈利基本稳定。国内来看，下半年随着陕西地区提价，预计公司吨售价恢复至大约300元/吨，全年在250元/吨，国内水泥25年价格存在继续提升预期。
该行续指，当前非洲地区的人均水泥消费量不足0.3吨，相当于我国30年之前水平，中长期来看增长空间仍然较大，而目前在非洲地区有新建项目的国内头部企业仅有西部水泥和华新水泥，但目前华新以收购方式为主，且从区域来看与西部水泥重合度较低，预计供给格局不会有较大冲击，24年以来华新收购动作的加快也印证其对非洲市场前景的看好。
