新年伊始，土地审裁处即接获本年首宗强拍申请，来自恒地(00012.HK) 收购的西半山罗便臣道项目，该物业现况市值逾2.5亿元。
涉及项目位于罗便臣道90至92号项目，于1966年落成，地盘面积约6,212方呎，目前恒地只拥有项目约69.23%业权，并未符合旧楼强拍放宽前的八成业权门槛。而随旧楼强拍门槛上月生效，及容许发展商合并比邻地盘申请强拍，恒地是次合并毗邻已全数收购的罗便臣道88号，及94至96号两地段一并递交申请，以三地段合并计，恒地持有整个申请地点逾91.6%业权，达强拍申请门槛，整个地盘面积扩至近2.3万方呎。
