《港楼》恒地(00012.HK)罗便臣道90至92号申强拍 本年首宗

新年伊始,土地审裁处即接获本年首宗强拍申请,来自恒地(00012.HK) 收购的西半山罗便臣道项目,该物业现况市值逾2.5亿元。
涉及项目位于罗便臣道90至92号项目,于1966年落成,地盘面积约6,212方呎,目前恒地只拥有项目约69.23%业权,并未符合旧楼强拍放宽前的八成业权门槛。而随旧楼强拍门槛上月生效,及容许发展商合并比邻地盘申请强拍,恒地是次合并毗邻已全数收购的罗便臣道88号,及94至96号两地段一并递交申请,以三地段合并计,恒地持有整个申请地点逾91.6%业权,达强拍申请门槛,整个地盘面积扩至近2.3万方呎。

据测量师报告,单计罗便臣道90至92号项目,其现况市值逾2.5亿元,而三个地段的重建价值则共逾11.7亿元。(da/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-02 16:25。)
