消息面上，国际码头工人协会(ILA)威胁要在1月15日进行集体大罢工，因为他们的领导层寻求从AI自动化以及机器人技术中获得新的保护。ILA是北美最大规模的海事工人工会组织，该工会组织取得的薪资协议进展对于整个北美码头的工人们薪资协议具有重大指示意义。
此外，一德期货指出，加沙地带停火谈判因以色列与哈马斯出现分歧，再陷僵局，市场对绕航预期有所延后；马士基将1月中下旬上海-鹿特丹大柜运价大幅下调至3800美元/FEU，较12月底报价降幅超逾15%。不过考虑到春节长假临近，停航数量显著增加，船东通过减班控航来减少运力供应，预计假期期间运价维稳概率较大。
