国泰君安发布研报称，根据奥维云网数据，2024年10月1日至12月22日海信空调/ 冰箱/ 洗衣机零售分别同比+77%/70%/53%，而根据产业在线数据，公司家空10-11月累计内销出货同比+10%。预计四季度国补政策带动公司零售显著好转，但渠道优先消化库存，公司出货口径增幅低于零售端。同时央空业务受政策拉动幅度较弱，仍有下滑压力，预计内销业务扭转Q3 下滑态势，同比+0-5%；出口端海外需求稳定，预计公司Q4海外收入+15-20%。
该行续指，2024Q4国补支持下，海信品牌空冰洗零售均价同比+9%/17%/36%，产品结构显著优化，同时成本端无较大波动，预计公司毛利率将有显著的同环比改善，因此带动利润增速快于收入端。
