Sam Goi Seng Hui has resigned as non-executive vice chairman of Envictus International Holdings (SGX:BQD), according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The 78-year-old executive, who held the position since Jan. 9, 2013, cited personal business commitments and the desire to facilitate board renewal as reasons for his resignation.
