BPM Minerals (ASX:BPM) has finalized an incentive package for Chief Executive Officer Oliver Judd, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the package, Judd will be granted about 3.3 million performance rights over four years, contingent on the company meeting specific vesting conditions related to its share price and capital-raising, the filing said.
