金吾财讯 | 光大证券发研报指，阿里巴巴(09988)子公司及New Retail与德弘资本订立协议，出售所持高鑫零售全部股权，合计占高鑫零售已发行股份总数约78.7%。待售股份共计75.08亿股，其中73.66%由阿里巴巴子公司间接持有，5.04%由New Retail持有。该行指，高鑫零售以“大润发”、“大润发Super”、“M会员店”品牌，来经营大卖场、中型超市以及会员店业务。阿里巴巴出售高鑫零售，意在将非核心资产变现，2024年12月17日，阿里巴巴宣布将银泰百货以74亿人民币出售给雅戈尔。该行认为阿里巴巴或将持续寻求非核心资产变现，从而更加专注于核心业务。 该行续指，公司出售银泰百货和高鑫零售，短期内或将对公司投资收益产生一定不利影响，但长期看有利于公司核心业务健康发展，该行维持对公司FY2025/FY2026/ FY2027年非公认会计准则净利润的预测1551.02/1691.22/1843.24亿元。公司淘天业务龙头地位稳固，云业务增速回暖，维持 “买入”评级。
