【华润微：公司中低压、高压MOS、SiC产品可应用于AI服务器电源中】金十数据1月3日讯，华润微在投资者关系活动中表示，公司库存在2个月左右，处于合理水平。从产能利用率看，晶圆制造产线方面，产能利用率在90%以上；封装测试产线方面，同比去年明显改善，提升至80%以上。公司中低压、高压MOS、SiC产品可应用于AI服务器电源中，已处于上量阶段。除了AI领域，目前公司也在积极开拓超计算、工业机器人等新兴领域，也将带来新的增长点。
