鞭牛士 1月3日消息，阿里巴巴1月1日发布公告称，子公司及NewRetail与德弘资本达成交易，以最高约131.38亿港元出售所持高鑫零售（大润发母公司）全部股权，合计占高鑫零售已发行股份的78.7%。随后，高鑫零售（大润发）CEO沈辉发布了《致大润发全体员工的信》，称未来和阿里双方业务合作不会中断，彼此还是非常重要的业务伙伴。
