Intraco (SGX:I06) sold 255,000 treasury shares for SG$0.34 each on Dec. 30, 2024, to members of its group management committee, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The transaction, totaling SG$86,700, reduces the company's treasury shares to 5 million. The sale aims to provide equity interests to group management committee members involved in the company's growth. The net proceeds will be used for general working capital.
