联华超市附属公司签江湾租赁协议 租金总额约1亿元
财中社1月3日电联华超市（00980）发布公告，宣布于2025年1月3日，旗下附属公司世纪联华江湾与华润万家签订江湾租赁协议。根据协议，华润万家同意将位于上海市虹口区的江湾物业出租给世纪联华江湾，用作大型综合超市及其他商业用途，租赁期限自2024年7月1日至2029年12月31日。
本次租赁交易的租金总额约为1亿元，租金将按每两月提前支付。世纪联华江湾有权将部分物业转租给第三方，但转租面积不得超过总租赁面积的75%。根据香港财务报告准则，本次交易将被视为资产收购，且租赁协议项下交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵循相关的申报及公告规定，但免除股东批准要求。
