Nu Skin Enterprises (NUS) said Friday that its Rhyz unit has sold its Mavely marketing technology platform to Later, a portfolio company of Summit Partners, for $250 million.
The purchase price was in cash and a minority equity stake in the combined Later/Mavely business, the company said.
Shares of Nu Skin Enterprises were more than 14% higher in premarket trading.
