金吾财讯 | 内房股多数走低，建发国际集团(01908)跌4.59%，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)跌1.69%，美的置业(03990)跌1.67%，新城发展(01030)跌1.65%，华润置地(01109)跌1.55%，中国海外发展(00688)跌1.45%。中指研究院发报指，去年百强房企销售总额约4.35万亿元人民币(下同)，按年下降30.6%，降幅较上月收窄2.3个百分点。单计12月份，百强房企销售额按年减少3.41%，降幅有所收窄，按月则增长28.86%。销售总额超过千亿元房企11家，按年减少5家；百亿房企86家，减少30家。百强房企权益销售额约3.07万亿元，市占率31.9%，按年下降2.6个百分点，权益销售面积约1.64万平方米。关于未来展望，该行表示政策加力可望带动预期修复，但房地产市场恢复仍面临许多挑战。
