智通财经APP讯，阿里巴巴-W(09988)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，阿里巴巴子公司(吉鑫及淘宝中国)及 New Retail 与买方Paragon Shine Limited订立买卖协议，据此，买方有条件同意(自行及╱或透过其股东全资拥有的实体)向阿里巴巴子公司购买阿里巴巴待售股份(占于本公告日期已发行高鑫零售股份总数约 73.66%)及向 New Retail 购买 4.8亿股高鑫零售股份(占于本公告日期已发行高鑫零售股份总数约 5.04%)，惟须受买卖协议的条款及条件所规限。为免生疑问，New Retail 并不作为公司的子公司核算。
公告称，出售事项被认为是阿里巴巴集团将其非核心资产变现的良机，并可利用所得款项更加聚焦于核心业务发展并提升股东回报。阿里巴巴集团始终对中国消费市场的潜力充满信心，面向未来，公司将继续以技术创新推动消费体验提升，促进行业高质量增长。
