观点网讯:1月3日,恒基地产就西半山罗便臣道88号至96号旧楼合并收购项目,向土地审裁处递交强拍申请。受惠于新修订的旧楼强拍条例,允许相邻地盘以合并形式提交申请,恒基地产就西半山罗便臣道88号至96号旧楼合并收购项目,向土地审裁处递交强拍申请。合并后地盘面积约2.3万平方英尺,按地积比率5倍计算,可建总楼面逾11万平方英尺,为2025年首宗强拍申请。
