【世邦魏理仕：料香港1月份住宅楼宇成交量将维持目前水平】金十数据1月3日讯，香港土地注册处发表2024年12月份统计数字。世邦魏理仕香港估值及咨询服务部执行董事郭伟恩表示，2024年全年计，成交量达53099宗，较2023年多1万宗成交，市场交投上升主要受惠于港府撤辣及减息。而当中升幅主要来自一手市场。该行预期1月份成交量将维持在目前水平。预计发展商将于农历新年后推出更多新项目，届时成交量可能会增加。郭伟恩指，12月住宅楼宇买卖合约成交量在连弹两个月后回软。12月份成交量较上个月下跌34.9%至4103宗。按揭利率持续下调吸引买家陆续入市。但是12月成交量下跌主要受到季节性因素影响。
