智通财经APP讯，联华超市(00980)发布公告，于2025年1月3日，世纪联华江湾(公司的附属公司，作为租户)与华润万家(作为业主)订立江湾租赁协议，据此，华润万家同意向世纪联华江湾出租江湾物业，用作大型综合超市、配套办公室、仓库及其他商业用途，租赁期限自2024年7月1日至2029年12月31日止(包括首尾两天)。
据悉，江湾物业即上海市虹口区逸仙路580号物业，总租赁面积为29340.42平方米(其中，一层 7287.12平方米、二层7558.15平方米、三层7558.15平方米、四层1373平方米及同栋楼宇的地下停车场5564平方米)，用作大型综合超市、配套办公室、仓库及其他商业用途。
公告称，位于江湾物业的商店在大柏树商圈已经成熟经营近二十年，周边居民区聚集、客群稳定，深受当地百姓喜欢，且江湾物业地处虹口区，发展预期稳定。同时，考虑到位于江湾物业的商店拥有良好的盈利记录，预计其于此处的业绩将保持稳健。
