智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)续跌超5%，该股昨日一度暴跌三成。截至发稿，跌5.05%，报1.88港元，成交额918.4万港元。
消息面上，阿里巴巴周三晚间发布公告，宣布子公司和 NewRetail 与德弘资本达成交易，以最高约 131.38 亿港元出售持有的大润发母公司高鑫零售全部股权。摩根士丹利指出，阿里巴巴出售高鑫零售，或令高鑫股价有负面反应，由于要约价远交易公布前收市价。
不过，大摩认为，高鑫零售股价在要约价水平上可获支持，该行保守估计高鑫零售每股资产净值2.5港元。大摩还称，一旦少于90%非阿里巴巴股东接受要约，高鑫零售仍将继续维持上市地位。虽然阿里与德弘资本旗下基金就交易达成共识，但仍尚待监管部门批准。
