第一服务控股向芜湖德致信注资1650万元
财中社1月3日电第一服务控股（02107）发布补充公告，内容涉及向目标合伙企业注资的相关交易。根据公告，本公司通过北京腾云世纪企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）向芜湖德致信项目投资合伙企业（有限合伙）进行注资。注资金额为1650万元，基于对资产质量的全面评估及对潜在未来回报的估计而确定。
本公司选择间接投资的原因在于目标合伙企业包括国有企业，其审批程序的限制使得本公司无法进行直接投资。为保障本公司在目标合伙企业的权益，公司已实施了一系列管理措施，包括程序管理、实质性管理以及日常管理和监督。此外，目标资产的司法拍卖于2024年11月12日顺利结束，最终投标价格为2.54亿元，相当于目标资产评估市值的70%，显示出该投资具有显著的利润潜力。
通过此次注资，本公司将间接持有目标合伙企业的6.15%权益，且该投资符合本公司的整体财务策略和股东利益。董事会认为此次注资是公平合理的，为本公司提供了以有利估值进行投资的战略机会。
