由会德丰地产发展，位于康城站SEASONS系列的“PARK SEASONS”昨日(2日)连录两宗成交，两宗均属一房(开放式厨房)户型，实用面积分别为314至323平方呎，售价由483.8万至486.9万元，呎价介乎15,074至15,408元。
整个SEASONS系列自去年3月开售至今，累售961伙，套现逾59.7亿元。
会德丰地产、恒地(00012.HK) 、新世界发展(00017.HK) 及帝国集团合作发展的九龙东启德“MIAMI QUAY I”，昨日同样连录两宗成交，间隔均属两房连储物室(开放式厨房)，实用面积介乎468至486平方呎，售价由1,169.1万至1,261.4万元，呎价介乎24,981至25,955元。
