China Risun Group (HKG:1907) and Xuyang Holding Group have renewed their partnership through the 2025-2027 Framework Agreements, effective from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027, for project services, integrated procurement, informatization services, and property management services, according to its Wednesday filing.

Under the project services agreement, Xuyang will provide design, construction management, and contracting services to enhance energy conservation and environmental compliance, selected through public tenders to ensure fair pricing.

The integrated procurement agreement allows Xuyang to supply the group with essential materials like water purification chemicals, thermal coal, steel products, building materials, and catalysts, along with technical services for daily operations.
