智通财经APP获悉，阿里巴巴-W(09988)盘中涨超2%，截至发稿，涨2.34%，报83.2港元，成交额12.52亿港元。
消息面上，1月1日，阿里巴巴-W发布公告，宣布子公司及New Retail与德弘资本订立协议，出售所持高鑫零售全部股权，合计占高鑫零售已发行股份总数约78.7%。根据协议，阿里巴巴子公司及New Retail将有权就待售股份收取最高金额约131.38亿港元，相当于1.75港元/股。公告显示，阿里巴巴将持续聚焦核心业务，提升股东回报。
大摩发布研报称，阿里巴巴-W出售高鑫零售全数股份，符合前者缩减其非核心业务的计划，相信此次举动可增强年底的股东回报，而过去12个月的回购及股息或代表股息率10%。该行续指，自2023年宣布重组以来，注意到阿里巴巴在非核心资产方面出现了多次出售或和缩减持股。作为增强股东价值的努力的一部分，该行认为公司会持续放售非核心资产，这可能包括截至2024财年约670亿美元的投资。
