智通财经APP获悉，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)现跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.1%，报10.28港元，成交额2867.39万港元。
消息面上，皖通高速公告，公司拟以47.71亿元收购控股股东安徽交控集团持有的阜周公司100%股权和泗许公司100%股权。交易完成后，公司高速公路主营业务将通过收购事项继续扩张，有助于提高公司在区域路网中的竞争力。公司拥有的运营高速公路总里程在收购后将显著增加。
国泰君安此前指出，皖通高速2024年受行业性需求波动与改扩建显著影响，未来随优质路产完成改扩建，将有限延长经营期限并保障长期盈利能力。预计高分红持续，股息确定可期。
