智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，该公司于近期收到安徽省招标集团股份有限公司发来的中标通知书，本公司(作为牵头人)和联合体单位中铁上海工程局集团有限公司、安徽舜禹水务股份有限公司中标芜湖市滨江污水处理厂二期工程特许经营项目(以下简称“本项目”)。本项目由芜湖市住房和城乡建设局(以下简称“芜湖市住建局”)实施，按招标文件要求，本公司中标后需要与联合体单位组建项目公司，由项目公司负责本项目的投融资、建设、运营维护及移交工作。
本项目采用特许经营BOT模式实施，建设规模6万m3/d。主要建设内容包括预处理构筑物、AAO反应池、二沉池、高效沉淀池、反硝化深床滤池、出水泵房、鼓风机房、变配电间、仪表间、污泥脱水机房以及相关配套设备安装等，出水执行国家一级A标准，项目总投资2.77亿元，其中项目建设期政府投资支持金额为1.49亿元，特许经营期限40年。项目公司与芜湖市住建局签署《芜湖市滨江污水处理厂二期工程特许经营协议》。
