案件主要诉讼请求包括：
(1) 主张公司立即停止实施侵害原告涉诉专利权的行为，包括停止制造、销售和许诺销售侵害涉诉专利权的产品;
(2) 主张公司赔偿原告经济损失和自涉诉专利申请公布之日至授权专利权之日期间的合理使用费，共计人民币9000万元;
