Rain Enhancement Technologies Completes Combination Ahead of Trading Debut

Rain Enhancement Technologies completed its previously announced business combination with special-purpose acquisition company Coliseum Acquisition.

The company, which is developing rainfall-generation technologies, said Tuesday that its common stock and warrants are expected to start trading on the Nasdaq on Jan. 2 under the tickers RAIN and RAINW, respectively.

In preparation for its public trading debut, Randy Seidl was named the company's co-chief executive, effective Jan. 2. Seidel, who has 40 years of technology industry experience, will work alongside current CEO Christopher Riley during its transition period, the company said.
