【大河财立方消息】1月2日，礼来中国宣布穆峰达（替尔泊肽注射液）正式在中国上市，同时覆盖两项适应症，包括二型糖尿病和减重。

　　穆峰达目前在中国上市了4种规格，包括2.5 mg:0.5ml，5 mg:0.5ml，7.5 mg:0.5ml，10 mg:0.5ml。

　　穆峰达是全球首个且目前唯一获批用于T2DM和长期体重管理的每周一次葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素多肽（GIP）/胰高糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）受体激动剂。作为一种单分子多肽，穆峰达可选择性结合并激活GIP受体和GLP-1受体，这些受体为天然GIP和GLP-1的靶点。

　　记者查询发行，目前多家电商平台已经有替尔泊肽（商品名：穆峰达）的诊疗拿药服务。替尔泊肽的适应证包括糖尿病、减重，目前平台各个商家的价格有所差异，并提示具体价格以最终选择的门店价格为准。

　　此前，诺和诺德减重版司美格鲁肽于2024年11月17日官宣正式商业化。根据电商平台报价，单支司美格鲁肽的价格均在千元以上，其中1.5ml（0.68mg/ml，0.25mg/剂量*4次）价格1396元，3ml（2.27mg/ml，1.7mg/剂量*4次）价格2126元，3ml（3.2mg/ml，2.4mg*4次）价格2706元。

　　从目前电商平台的价格来看，替尔泊肽的价格整体高于司美格鲁肽。
