和黄医药(00013.HK) 今日(2日)高开3.1%后升幅扩大，最高见24.4元。现报24.2元，升7.32%，成交532.85万股，涉资1.27亿元。
和黄医药与上海医药(02607.HK) 及金浦健服订立协议，分别向其出售上海和黄药业10%及35%股权，套现合共44.8亿元人民币。和黄医药表示，交易完成后进一步优化集团的资本及债务结构，以及让集团将资源集中在其核心业务领域。
