阿里巴巴拟以116.37亿港元出售高鑫零售股份
财中社1月1日电阿里巴巴（09988/89988/BABA）发布公告，宣布与买方Paragon Shine Limited达成买卖协议，计划出售其持有的高鑫零售股份。公司通过全资子公司间接持有的70.27亿股高鑫零售股份占其已发行股份的约73.66%。根据协议，买方同意以116.37亿港元的代价收购上述股份，相当于每股1.55港元，另有4.8亿股高鑫零售股份（占5.04%）将由New Retail转让。
协议交割后，买方将持有75.08亿股高鑫零售股份，约占已发行股份的78.7%。本次出售预计将导致公司产生约131.77亿元的股东应占损失。公司表示，出售事项被视为变现非核心资产的良机，将有助于聚焦核心业务发展并提升股东回报。所得款项预计将用于业务发展和股东回报。
